Successful companies organize their activities through teams: executive or management teams, project teams etc. They have to perform well. To make this happen, it is essential to create the right climate.
I organize team start-ups, in which individual effort and team performance are linked to project objectives. In case of already existing teams, I improve their business effectiveness. I help to identify group patterns and to provide positive feedback. I lead teams in the further development of their action repertoire. I make people aware of their qualities, stimulate them to develop these further and deploy them successfully for the benefit of the organization.
